This offering is designed for individuals experiencing strong compulsive loops, mental overactivity, or repetitive behaviors where the mind feels dominant, urgent, or difficult to interrupt.

Rather than trying to “understand” the compulsion, this container focuses on slowing the internal field, softening emotional density, and re-establishing the body as a place of safety and orientation.

When compulsion is present, the nervous system is often operating at a speed that overwhelms discernment. This offering creates intentional slowness, repetition, and containment so new patterns can emerge without force.

Week 1: Containment — Creating a Quiet Field

  • Establish a simple daily rhythm (5–10 minutes, same time each day)

  • Breath and body-weight awareness (no visualization, no story)

  • Learn how to recognize mental acceleration as sensation

  • One private (120 minutes) focused on settling

Goal: Signal safety to the nervous system and reduce internal noise.

Week 2: Slowing — Interrupting Compulsive Momentum

  • Very simple threshold practice: pause, feel feet, breathe

  • Identify one compulsive moment per day without commentary

  • Practice “doing nothing extra” when urge arises

Goal: Leave with a reliable way to slow yourself.
