Somatic Listening Session — A Gentle Introduction

Meet yourself through presence, breath, and the intelligence of your body.

This session is a shared practice of listening, where your body, breath, and sensations are invited to lead. In some traditions, this work is described as divination — not predicting or interpreting, but mirroring what is already present. Here, what your body shows is reflected, grounded, and given space to integrate. This session is designed to: Offer orientation and gentle grounding Support clarity and self-trust Allow you to experience the rhythm, pacing, and presence of somatic listening You are not required to prepare, perform, or know what you want to work on. Listening begins exactly where you are.

This session is for you if:

  • You feel open, tender, or unsure where to begin

  • You want support settling into your body without being asked to “do” anything

  • You are integrating experiences that feel quiet, subtle, or still forming language

This session is not a fit if:

  • You want techniques, exercises, or problem-solving

  • You are seeking catharsis, release, or dramatic shifts

  • You want to be told what something means

This session may be supportive if you:

  • Are orienting after spiritual, erotic, or altered experiences

  • Feel ungrounded, open, or sensitive

  • Want to reconnect with your body gently and safely

What to expect:
3 Scheduled Sessions - A gentle space to arrive. We listen to breath, sensation, and nervous-system cues at a pace the body sets. Nothing is forced, activated, or pushed.

Heart–Sacral Coherence Listening

This session is for you if:

  • You are already familiar with your inner landscape and want to listen more deeply

  • You are curious about how emotional truth, desire, and boundaries move through your body

  • You are integrating spiritual, relational, or orgasmic experiences

  • You want to relate to arousal as information, not performance

This session is not a fit if:

  • You are seeking sexual instruction or goal-oriented orgasmic work

  • You want interpretation without embodiment

  • You feel overwhelmed and need stabilization before deepening

This session supports:

  • Integrating spiritual or orgasmic experiences

  • Becoming more intimate with aroused energy without urgency

  • Clarifying emotional and relational patterns held in the body

What to expect:
3 Scheduled Sessions - Relational listening that may include breath, sound, somatic awareness, or quiet presence. The body leads; nothing is imposed.

This session is for you if:

  • You need time, silence, and spacious pacing

  • You are learning to trust your body’s timing rather than seek resolution

This session is not a fit if:

  • You want efficiency, productivity, or fast insight

  • You are looking for direction, answers, or reassurance

  • You prefer structure over spaciousness

What to expect:
3 Scheduled Sessions - A slower container where listening unfolds naturally. We allow coherence to form through presence, not effort.
