This session offers an introduction to my somatic listening work.

Rather than selecting a specific depth or pathway in advance, this session allows us to meet where your body is — gently, without urgency or expectation. Elements of grounding, coherence listening, or extended presence may naturally arise depending on what feels appropriate and resourced in the moment.

This session is designed to:

  • Offer orientation and embodied listening

  • Support nervous-system settling and clarity

  • Offer space to listen for how emotions move through organ systems, without diagnosis or interpretation

  • Support awareness of where feelings settle, circulate, or ask for release in the body

  • Gently introduce organ–emotion relationships as reflective maps rather than fixed meanings

  • Help participants notice patterns of holding, fatigue, activation, or flow as information

  • Cultivate trust in the body’s timing, pacing, and intelligence

  • Help you sense whether ongoing work feels aligned

This is not therapy, coaching, or crisis support, and it is not outcome-driven.

After this session, you may be invited to continue through a short series if it feels supportive.
