When compulsion is present, the nervous system is often operating faster than discernment can function. This container introduces intentional slowness, repetition, and containment so new patterns can emerge without force.

There is no pressure to fix, solve, or change behavior during this container.
Be mindful of the body, heart, breathing, throughout the day.
Be sure you are hydrated. Hydration is essential for energy flow.
Do Not wear any strong scents, lotions or any other fragrance cosmetic.
On the days that we meet, eat lightly. If you must, snacking lightly is recommended.
Do Not Drink Alcohol beginning at least 10 hours before your session is recommended.
Remove all metal jewelry that is possible
Avoid Nicotine and Caffeine.
Whenever possible, find time to breathe and focus on silence (even for 5 min) please do so through out the day.
Be gentle with yourself. Try not to engage in any energy depleting activities before our session (emotional, physical, or otherwise).
Be sure to get a full night’s rest.
Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothes. Natural fibers are recommended.
Immersive Schedule*
Week 1 — Containment: Creating a Quiet Field
Establish a simple daily rhythm (5–10 min, same time each day)
Breath and body-weight awareness (no visualization, no story)
Notice mental acceleration as sensation
One private 120-min session focused on settling
Goal: Signal safety to the nervous system and reduce internal noise.
Week 2 — Slowing: Interrupting Compulsive Momentum
Threshold practice: pause, feel feet, breathe
Identify one compulsive moment per day without commentary
Practice “doing nothing extra” when urges arise
Identity Fasting
Short guided audio to downshift arousal
Goal: Reduce speed, not eliminate compulsion.
Week 3 — Grounding: Returning Authority to the Body
Gentle body orientation (hands, belly, pelvis, breath)
Introduce a simple Orgasmic Sovereignty principle: choice begins with sensation, not thought

One 120-min reflection & implementation session
Goal: Re-anchor attention below the mind.
Week 4 — Stabilization: Installing Simplicity
Choose one regulating practice to continue

Goal: Leave with a reliable way to slow yourself.
